There have been some terrible miscarriages of justice due to proceeds of crime legislation in other countries.
Whether Canada will do better remains to be seen.
To the surprise of at least one legal expert, the Supreme Court of Canada last week unanimously gave the provinces incredible powers to seize assets allegedly connected to crime.
For a country that has gained the reputation, whether deserved or not, of protecting the rights of the accused over the rights of victims, it's quite an about-face.
As one worried reader e-mailed the other day: "This is a terrifying development. If the police even suspect you of a crime, they can take all your stuff. They don't have to prove it."
Is he right? "Yes and no," says University of Manitoba law professor Michelle Gallant. The cops can take your car, for instance, if they think you're using it to sell drugs.
But the police have to persuade a judge that, on a balance of probabilities, the vehicle is connected to crime. And that's much easier to show than providing evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that someone is guilty of a crime.
In other words, if the police want your car, house, money or any other assets, they can get away with it without even arresting you as long as they convince a judge something doesn't smell right. No conviction necessary.
"It's kind of scary," says Gallant, an expert in proceeds of crime, who never thought Canada would embrace such wide-ranging legislation.
While the goal -- going after assets associated with crimes like drug trafficking -- is laudatory, it's an awful lot of leeway to give the government, she says.
At least Britain brought in a more narrowly defined law, limiting proceeds of crime proceedings to assets over 10,000 pounds ($18,000 Canadian).
"It does strike me as quite radical," says Gallant, of the top court ruling. "Now the state can sue anybody -- any asset -- and if it proves on a balance of probabilities that it's connected to crime, it can take it. That's quite an extraordinary power."
She would have been more comfortable with more restrictive proceeds of crime laws limited to assets over $100,000 and involving only serious crimes such as drug trafficking.
In the U.S., she adds, there have been shocking abuses of the system. She cites the case of a poor woman who lost her house because her son had been dealing drugs out of the place. And a lot of marginalized people have no control over what goes on around them.
Listen up, folks. Most of the provinces have similar provisions in their proceeds of crime legislation. If your kid is selling drugs out of your car, and you don't know it, the state could still seize the vehicle as an instrument of crime.
Imagine another scenario. A new immigrant flying back to his native country with a thick wad of cash for his relatives. "We use banks. They use envelopes," Gallant says of certain immigrant groups.
PANDORA'S BOX
That's the kind of money the government might decide, on a balance of probabilities, is connected to crime.
The optimistic view is the provinces examined the U.S. and European proceeds of crime laws and got rid of "the worst bits," says Gallant.
On the other hand, we may have unleashed a Pandora's Box of potential abuses. We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed that Canadian judges have a finely honed sense of fairness.
"I'm ambivalent," Gallant says of the Supreme Court decision. "I'm not sure if I have a lot of faith in our proceeds of crime units (and) government's ability to apply these laws

Thoughts On Being Prepared
Here's a few thoughts related to the survival of civilization changing events and the skills & resources that will need to be learned or obtained.
When a civilization goes splat, the technologies that supported it tend to go with it. This is particularly true of systems that are based on highly interdependent technologies such as ours today. We are the generation that landed a man on the moon and yet we will not have the skill to make an iron spear head. Our reliance on technology has robbed us of the simplest, most basic skills. We have to look ahead to the time when we do not have the convenience of modern civilisation. There's no doubt in my mind that when the crunch comes we're going to regress very quickly.
Too many today who call themselves survivalists look no further than preparing to get through the initial stages of any crisis. In most cases this may well be sufficient. But is it a question of the misplaced faith and expectations that are commonly placed on technology. One problem with placing too much faith in technology is that nature will always provide an event greater than the specified design criteria, at some point in the future. That "some time" could be tomorrow. Another problem with technology is that it sometimes fails-after all, it is designed by human beings and mistakes can be made in design, materials, or construction or even in the operation of any system by those same human beings.
What exactly do you stake your life on? Better stated, what is it that you are willing to gamble your future on? A few dollars spent on a fast-food meal that might have purchased a flat of beans or some medical supplies? Perhaps it is a scoffed-at and discarded notion that our society might indeed be fragile and easily disrupted? Maybe it’s the insecurity that your friends and family will think you are a some sort of a nut?
Are you secure in your lifestyle and beliefs because you still get your paycheck at the end of the week and you have a weekend of grilling and TV to look forward to? Life is good. But what if the unthinkable happens…
There are a thousand and one doomsday scenarios floating around. Some are plausible, some are fantastic. But they all share the same underlying theme:
Be Prepared
Just stop and think about this with an open mind for just a few moments. I’m not asking you to change your entire life philosophy or scare you into hiding. Just stop your hectic life for ten minutes and give serious, honest thought to one question:
What If?
Let’s not talk about full preparedness for the end of the world. Let’s talk about a few simple steps that could greatly increase your quality of life on a short-term basis.
What if a simple, yet very possible scenario plays out? A storm descends on your area and you and your family are suddenly without electrical power for three days.
Are you ready?
Three days does not seem like a particularly long time, yet you have no light, no water, no way to cook or heat food, and in some cases, no heat or air conditioning. Three days have suddenly become a very stressful and frightening time. It’s true that most people could survive a three day period without changing their current lifestyle. Cold food, minimal light, minimal water, and no heat. You eat canned soup straight from the can. All four of your candles are lit, but do not provide enough light or heat to be appreciated. You are reduced to drinking the water from your toilet’s flush tank (not the bowl!), and you only have one extra blanket in the whole house. It would be very uncomfortable, but survivable.
But perhaps you were brave and didn’t care what your friends have been thinking about you for the past year. You were living on the edge and decided to make simple preparations so that you and your family could not only survive such small incidents, you would comfortably thrive. Deciding to pick up a few extra cans of food when they are on sale, or better yet, buying in bulk, has provided you with not only a meal, but a variety of choices. Passing up on buying a few DVDs to purchase a camp stove now seems remarkably prudent. You have a small source of heat, as well as a warm meal. (Even simple things such as a warm meal can be a great morale booster in times of stress). That small kerosene lantern you bought that has been collecting dust in the back of your closet is now a cheerful provider of light. You had the forethought to store a few gallons of drinking water, and those extra wool blankets that have been crowding your linen closet are now a welcome relief.
The point is this: simple, inexpensive preparations will not appreciably cramp your lifestyle, yet when needed, they reward you far more than the small sacrifices it might have taken to acquire them. Start thinking in terms of the basic needs for survival. Water, food, heat, light. From there, you can expand from the basics to help yourself be ready for nearly any situation.
First aid/medical, self-protection, barter, etc. Be honest with yourself. Is there a logical reason not to prepare? Knowledge is power, and in today’s world of technology, knowledge is easily found. Do some research, either at your local library, or on the Internet. Discover what your options are before you categorically discard them as folly. Don’t let fear, apathy, or arrogance paralyze you into non-action. Self-sufficiency provides a marvelous boost of confidence. There is great peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that you are ready to face adverse conditions, that you have taken steps to provide a secure environment for yourself and your family.
At the end of the day, isn’t it far better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it?

South Korea-U.S. Combined Command Forces Raise Attack Warning Level
How Close Are We To A Possible Nuclear War?
According to news sources in Asia, the South Korea-U.S. Combined Command Forces raised the watch level against North Korea by one notch on Thursday. South Korean defense spokesman Won Tae-jae told South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency the Combined Forces raised the WATCHCON system from Level 3 to Level 2. WATCHCON is the process of changing the reconnaissance posture for strategic and tactical warning of attack operated by ROK and US military forces.
The Watch Condition hierarchy is characterized by four stages: WATCHCON 4 (normal peacetime position), WATCHCON 3 (important indications of threat), WATCHCON 2 (vital indications of threat), and WATCHCON 1 (wartime situation). The WATCHCON is normally raised by the agreement of ROK and US military intelligence authorities, according to a GlobalSecurity writeup on OPLAN 5027, the United States and Republic of Korea’s operational plan for defense of South Korea in the event of a North Korean invasion.
The last time WATCHCON was elevated was in October 2006 when North Korea conducted its first nuclear test.
China Daily notes that the DEFCON level remains at four. Standard peacetime protocol is DEFCON 5, descending in increasingly severe situations. DEFCON 1 represents expectation of actual imminent attack. During the Cold War, DEFCON 1 was feared because it would precede all-out nuclear war. It is not known if DEFCON 1 has ever been declared. DEFCON 2 was declared during the Cuban Missile Crisis in October 1962, although the declaration was limited to Strategic Air Command.
Earlier today, Infowars posted an article by Jim Rawles theorizing that U.S. forces in South Korea have gone to DEFCON 1. There is currently no evidence DEFCON 1 is in effect. A number of blogs are linking to an article posted on the Macedonia International News Agency website claiming DEFCON 2 was declared in response to North Korean saber-rattling.
General George Casey, the current Chief of Staff, told the Associated Press this evening United States could fight an “old-fashioned war against North Korea if necessary.” Casey said “it would probably take us a little bit longer to shift gears” away from the type of “counterinsurgency fighting that now occupies the Army” (a reference to the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan and increasing military provocations in Pakistan’s tribal areas). The “gear up” in response to a North Korean attack on South Korea would take 90 days, said Casey.
North Korea currently has more than 11,000 artillery weapons pointed at over 10 million citizens in Seoul. North Korea’s 1.2 million-man Army is the world’s fourth largest fighting force and two-thirds of those soldiers are stationed within 60 miles of the De-Militarized Zone (DMZ), along with thousands of tanks and armored personnel carriers.
North Korea currently has ballistic missiles capable of hitting Japan and the United States. Earlier this week the Stalinist regime claimed to have successfully tested a nuclear weapon as powerful as the atomic bomb that destroyed Hiroshima.

US Marine Drill Sergeant Boasts Of What They Will Do To Civilians Under Martial Law
I am still kind of reeling from what a US Marine admitted to me in a long conversation...a crack US Marine drill sergeant with 12 years of professional training and being a trainer in the Marines. He specialized in hardening them to win (ie-fire on women and children wherever appropriate, "show no mercy" etc.)
He confirmed lots of things to me to me I already knew, and revealed lots of new things to me.
Marine Confirms Prisoner Boxcars Prepositioned Everywhere For Martial Law-
He admitted (actually, BOASTED would be more appropriate) that there were indeed prisoner boxcars prepositioned everywhere throughout Montana where I interviewed him(and nationwide)...that the military has properly assessed the civilian resistance/militia threat under martial law, and hence had everything in place for a military takeover using US Marines heavily.

"Why do you think that they have the Marines in place in Billings, Montana, " he bragged. He explained that Marines would be used most heavily in Montana (and Nationwide), under Martial Law...and he was evidently quite proud of their role. He admitted they had been hardened to kill...and that killing women and children would be a part of their agenda wherever deemed necessary.
WHY?
He said that under a state of war or Martial Law, it is a known fact that women can be used and even children to convey information to"the enemy." (Or to combat US Forces.) He shared then how many men in his platoon stationed overseas had been killed or hurt because a Marine refused his orders, to fire on an eight year old child. The child was suspected to be a courier for the Mujahideen, transporting information about Marine logistics and whereabouts, to the Muslems they were fighting. As a result of enemy information getting thru, many men in his platoon were injured or killed by resultant Moslem attack.

"The child may not have even known what he was transporting," the Marine told me, "But the damage to our men occurred regardless...all because one man refused his orders and failed to take out this threat..."
We discussed the boxcars & shackles and Military Detention Camps under Martial Law issue. A knowing smile broke out on his face as I described to him my research on future Martial Law and the role of prisoner boxcars with shackles.
When I mentioned how my research on this subject brought me to the Highline (the railroad tracks that run parallel to Highway 2 in northern Montana) and northern Montana, he admitted,

"The boxcars are not just up there...we have them spread out all over Montana...Billings...Bozeman..."
He went on to name city after city in Montana. Termination in the prisoner boxcars, Marine style-"like sheep led to slaughter".
We discussed what would happen once people were arrested under Martial Law and brought into these boxcars.

"In many cases they won't even waste a bullet on them. Many will never reach the camps alive. They have this thing we called a 'staple gun'..." I asked him to elaborate. "This 'gun' shoots out a long metal rod that hits another piece of metal...they just hold that to someone's head like a gun and...."
He was in fact describing a stun gun, the same kind used to stun cattle and sheep in slaughterhouses prior to processing. I understood. With the same effect that a bullet thru the head, favored by military for dispatching people under such circumstances, would have.
Only this way, the American people will become like sheep led to slaughter...literally. And like dumb sheep led to slaughter, civilians arrested under martial law are not even considered worth the cost of a bullet...

Red-Flag/Black Flag- Marine standards for "Who shall live, and who shall die"
We discussed various lists or status of people, once arrested, under Martial Law would have. You know, like FEMA Red-Blue Lists, etc. He responded by admitting that FEMA was only a front for such operations, and that in fact it would be the US Military (with foreign troop assistance, UN/NATO/Pfp etc.,) operating the boxcars & deathcamps. He said that the Marines had their Red Flagged people and Black Flagged people.
When people come up Red Flag on their computerized list, it is a person that will be arrested and taken to military camps, but may be "salvageable" (or can be rehabilitated, re-educated, etc.) But when people come up Black Flagged, they will be arrested and put to death. NO questions asked.

Conduct of the US Military in Iraq-A Marine Explains:
I discussed my loathing for the reports we were now receiving from Iraq, about even young girls and teens being arrested indiscriminately, tortured and sodomized, raped, etc.

Since the US soldiers are surrounded with people (Iraqis) and the enemy in many cases is the unknown, they have to have ways to flush them out. By randomly selecting civilians to interrogate through torture and other means, and then releasing them, they are hoping that when that person who has been roughed up returns to their home or friends, it will provoke them (enemy combatants) into such anger and retaliation that they are flushed out into the open so we can deal with them and know who the enemy really is.
"He also admitted it creates fear in the people towards the occupying army, so that they will hesitate to rebel.In light of coming Martial Law, which he admitted would come down in America, I discussed my theory that the US Military is being hardened through such practices in Iraq today, and will be the ones brought home to perform the same tasks against the US civilians in the future under Martial Law.
The Marine Mentality-Firing Upon Women & Children on Command
He did not deny this. When I mentioned my concern over whether or not they could get our own US troops to fire upon America citizens, even women and children, he explained to me the Marine mentality.

"These Marines have been hardened to kill upon command. They have been taught to not question the orders of their superiors or commanding officer. They will kill whoever & whenever they are commanded to. "
He let me know that concepts of mercy or compassion are diametrically opposed to war and military mentality. He had trained men himself in the Marines, and admitted he was one of those people hardening other Marines to kill without regret or conscience...even under Martial Law in America.
Military Strategy Under Martial Law USA-
We then discussed weapons of war. I fully admitted to him my position in the upcoming Martial Law holocaust. It was safe: we were on neutral ground and martial law has not been declared here yet.
I then discussed my honest assessment, however, of Patriot/civilian resistance. Coming from the kind of military background family I do, I had a much more realistic assessment of modern military might versus civilian resistance. I said, Quote:
"I always give a salvation message at the end of each radio broadcast I give on the subject of Martial Law showdown...I let the Patriot militias out there know that while I admire their intentions as they stand up for freedom and against the NWO, they frankly have no realistic concept of how highly armed and trained and prepared the military forces of the NWO really are...and that a lot of these good folks are going to factually die with what is coming down when they offer resistance... SO I tell them, 'at least ensure yourselves the ultimate victory, of knowing you have eternal life thru Jesus Christ in case you die....and many of you will end up in hell, should they take you out without knowing Christ...so get right with God now."
He smiled and said, "That's why we Marines have a saying that 'we will take 'em out and let God sort them out!'"
He went on to describe the newer weapons the US military had developed to be used against civilian resistance. Grenades that have caustic substances that when exploded, will eat away any Chemical/Biological Suit that a resister may be wearing for protection under Martial Law. Projectiles with uranium shells that when fired will pass through buildings with such power and velocity that they will suck human bodies right out with them through the hole they create in buildings as they emerge (of course destroying the bodies in the process). And more.
The Coming Reality of Microwaving Death Under Martial Law-
He also confirmed the reality of microwave related weapons as well. I mentioned that in my research on Military detention camps and termination facilities, I knew about gassing/crematory facilities, and microwaving deathcamps as well.

With the smile of a hardened soldier, he replied, "The microwaving facilities have been around since the 1950's. They are already being used in places like Kosovo and other places...they make our clean-up much easier after executions. The bodies don't explode...they implode or collapse from the inside"
I commented on my 6 months of research in Germany at the US military installation called The Marshall Center and other locations, to uncover more about the role of UN/NATO foreign troops to be used under Martial Law in America someday. Former Yugoslavia is being used as a test case for an entire country brought under UN/NATO control. It has been divided up into four regions, with UN foreign troops assigned to patrol each section.
This is much like America under Martial Law will be divided up into ten regions with UN/NATO/PfP troops patrolling each region. Even now, foreign and America troops are being trained through experience in places like Kosovo for what they will do under Martial Law in America someday: roadblocks, searches and weapons seizures, gun confiscation, "search/seizure/arrest" at homes, marching Blue/Red/Black Listed people off to boxcars and shackles or buses (OR federal prisoner transport planes) to be held or terminated accordingly, etc.

Marine Confirms Prisoner Boxcars Prepositioned Everywhere For Martial Law-
He admitted (actually, BOASTED would be more appropriate) that there were indeed prisoner boxcars prepositioned everywhere throughout Montana where I interviewed him(and nationwide)...that the military has properly assessed the civilian resistance/militia threat under martial law, and hence had everything in place for a military takeover using US Marines heavily.

He did not deny this. When I mentioned my concern over whether or not they could get our own US troops to fire upon America citizens, even women and children, he explained to me the Marine mentality.

We then discussed weapons of war. I fully admitted to him my position in the upcoming Martial Law holocaust. It was safe: we were on neutral ground and martial law has not been declared here yet.
I then discussed my honest assessment, however, of Patriot/civilian resistance. Coming from the kind of military background family I do, I had a much more realistic assessment of modern military might versus civilian resistance. I said, Quote:

He smiled and said, "That's why we Marines have a saying that 'we will take 'em out and let God sort them out!'"
He went on to describe the newer weapons the US military had developed to be used against civilian resistance. Grenades that have caustic substances that when exploded, will eat away any Chemical/Biological Suit that a resister may be wearing for protection under Martial Law. Projectiles with uranium shells that when fired will pass through buildings with such power and velocity that they will suck human bodies right out with them through the hole they create in buildings as they emerge (of course destroying the bodies in the process). And more.
The Coming Reality of Microwaving Death Under Martial Law-

In the spring of 1997, Professor Ian Stewart, met with "Mr. Sea" [Al Cuppet] to discuss what he has learned first-hand about the coming persecution at the hands of the New World Order operatives.
With a seven-inch thick portfolio filled with photographs, news articles, correspondence, etc., Mr. Sea revealed disturbing information about New World Order efforts to destroy and enslave America.
The following are some of Mr. Sea's comments. But first, let's take a look at the man who made the comments.
Mr. Sea, a committed Christian, is a former inspector for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Department of Defense, with 31 years of federal service in the military, nine with the Department of Defense, including two years with the Air Staff. He's a holder of the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three awards of the Joint Service Medal, all of the Vietnamese awards, as well as the Joint Meritorious Unit Medal.
When he retired a few years ago, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Civilian Service Medal. He's been around the world to 31 countries on four continents, and speaks five languages.
Mr. Sea spoke of the coming American Holocaust of the Government's plans for dealing with the non-New World Orderites. He spoke of the infrastructure that has already been set up to incarcerate and execute Americans, and the locations of the facilities that will be used for these purposes.
An interview with Mr. Sea regarding New World Order plans for the U.S. and its citizens:
"The infrastructure is set up. There are at least 130 concentration camps, quietly modified facilities which have sprung up and continue to spring up across the country, seemingly devoid of activity, yet requiring strange accoutrements such as barbed wire-topped fencing (with the tops turned inward) and helicopter wind socks. Most have good logistical supportability, with major highways and railroad transport facilities adjacent to the sites.
"These facilities, many in remote areas across our country, are set up to become concentration/detention camps, complete with gas chambers, for resisters and dissidents. Generally speaking, they're set up for dissenters who will not go along with the New World Order.
The "resisters" are gun owners who refuse to give up their weapons.
The "dissidents" are Christians, Patriots and Constitutionalists.
These camps are set up. I've seen many of them.
"On August 6, 1994, I toured the Amtrak Railcar Repair Facility at Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Indiana. There are at least ten maintenance barns at this facility, covering 129 acres, with two separate fences with the tops leaning inward. The windows of several buildings have been bricked up. Hence, you have three levels of security for Amtrak repair barns!
"There are three helicopter 25-knot aviation wind socks (which aren't the correct ones to use for chemical spills which require 10-knot wind socks). There are high security NSA-style people turnstiles, and high intensity/security lighting for 24-hour operation.
The box car (gas chamber) building fence is marked with special "RED/BLUE Zone" signs. This corresponds to the "mission" of the RED/BLUE Lists which surfaced in June and July of 1996.
"Under martial law, this will become a death camp. They're only going to handle category one and two (RED and BLUE) people there. This box car facility will be used for execution.
"One of the barns is large enough to put four box cars into. There are powered vents on the top of the barn to vent the gas out of the building after the box cars have been fumigated. All of the buildings have newly installed six-inch gas pipes and furnaces installed in all "railroad barns."
"Since the photo was taken in August 1994, FEMA has allocated $6 million to make the walls and roofs of the buildings "airtight." Under martial law, this facility could be immediately used as an SS-style "termination" gas chamber.
"On January 27, 1995, The Indianapolis News ran an article titled, "Amtrak Lays off 212 at Beech Grove: 170 Lose Jobs at Maintenance Center Today." Why perform $6 million worth of renovations, and then lay off 212 people? Because the people doing the final executions will not be Americans. Thus, the "slots" of the 212 will be filled with non-Americans.
"They'll hire foreigners for this "cappo" task. Cappo ("chief" in Italian) was the title of the trustee prisoners who actually killed many Jews for the SS butchers at Dachau, and at other Nazi crematoria across Europe.
"The news article also said, " . . . hopes the yard may be able to solicit work repairing private train cars, and perhaps subway cars from Washington, DC, or other urban areas." The repairing of private trains is a dead giveaway to death cars!
"The article went on to say, "Late last year, Congress ordered Amtrak to spend at least $5.9 million patching holes in the roof and fixing masonry on the walls of the giant machine sheds at Beech Grove." These buildings have been "sealed." They're airtight. The facility is constructed to allow gas to be blown into all the buildings via the newly installed, two-story, hot air heating furnaces."
Next, Mr. Sea elaborated on the two categories, the RED and BLUE Lists, and what they mean:
"The RED List is for pick-up and execution before unobtrusive preparations for martial law are initiated.
The BLUE List is also for execution, but at a later date within six weeks of martial law declaration. There are no "re-education" plans for either category--just execution.
"When you get picked up on a RED pick-up, they'll take you from your home at night -- probably around 4 a.m. -- and put you in a black van, then drive you to a helicopter waiting to fly you to an intermediate point. There, you'll be loaded onto a big 64-passenger CH-47 Chinook helicopter -- all black, unmarked and illegally operating under the Treaty on Open Skies.
"Then they'll fly you to one of 38 cities where you'll board a 747, 737, or 727. "You may be taken straight to a temporary detention facility. When you're RED listed, you'll be taken to a red camp. Then you'll be executed.
"At some point, martial law will be declared. (Martial law is when the writ of Habeas Corpus -- to have a trial by jury -- is suspended. Instead of going to the judge, you go straight to jail for a limited time.) I suspect there will be a major outage, or some other crisis which will be the reason to declare martial law. At this point, the BLUE listed people will be picked up. At that time, the country will be regionalized into ten regions, which are already designated by FEMA.
"Be advised that it has been proven (in Wyoming and at least one other location) that the black choppers have state-of-the-art radio (RF) frequency wideband jammers, and can jam cell phones and CBs while they're executing black operations missions (i.e., in your area). This means that your cell phone could be jammed just before and/or during any action against you.
"In June of 1996, an FBI agent got hold of the Region Three BLUE List (from a CIA agent), and found his own name on it, and those of several others he knew in Virginia. The Regional BLUE List stated that the names on the BLUE List would be picked up "within six weeks of the actual martial law declaration."
"This parallels the Nazi RED/BLUE List policy almost to the letter. The parallel Nazi plan was published by Heinz Hohne in his 1966 book, The Story of the Nazi SS: The Order of the Death's Head.
"People say, "It won't work." But it will work if the 300,000 Soviet troops which are ALREADY HERE can get the guns. The name of the game is to blackball the people to get the guns . . . make the militia look bad, make guns look bad, make everybody give up their guns. Once they get your gun, they've got you, UNLESS you've got the angel of the Lord at your door.
"The ones doing all of this are operating out of the highest places in the Federal Government. They're cooperating with "spirit guides and mediums" and using astrology and numerology. The spirit guides are telling them what to do, and the entire thing is being orchestrated at the highest spiritual levels. (This is why any sort of resistance MUST be prayer centered. This entire NWO Plan is being planned and executed by Satan & his servants)
Every base has been covered. They've thought of everything.
"If you notice, they often do things on the 13th of the month. Mr. Clinton does a lot of things on the 13th. On September 13, 1993, the brokered Israeli-PLO peace accord was signed. He waited 14 days, until September 13, 1994 to sign the Crime Bill. On June 13, 1995, he stated he'd veto the national debt authorization ceiling. On November 13, he did veto it. On January 13, 1996, he made a speech to Bosnia.
"There will be an interim of probably just days from the time they launch the RED List, to the declaration of martial law when they'll start coming after those on the BLUE List. It'll work the same way it did with the Nazis who had a list of people to pick up, on June 30, 1934, before they declared their "mobilization."
"It's the same blueprint being used because it's the same spirit leading the Fourth Reich as led the Third Reich. In Germany, they used trains, here it will be helicopters and 747s.
"When Hitler was villainizing the Jews, he hired thugs and dressed them in black uniforms. He was building concentration camps and setting up a transport system. In this country, they're now in the process of villainizing Christians, Patriots, Constitutionalists, and outspoken talk-show hosts, etc.
"Who will be doing the actual picking up? Foreign "cops" (United Nations Internal Security Forces). Over 30 foreign military bases under the United Nations flag are already set up in the US., all with the approval of special appointees in high Federal positions. These bases are already manned with over ONE MILLION troops from Russia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, Great Britain, Nicaragua, and Asian countries.
"Why are they here? Because unlike our own troops--many of which along with the Guard and Reserve of 24 states are being deployed overseas--will have no qualms about firing on U.S. citizens when the time comes.
"There are more than 2,000 Russian tanks, military trucks and chemical warfare vehicles just outside Gulfport, Mississippi. They began arriving in January of 1994.
"There are 180 foreign troops at Fort Reilly which was confirmed to me by a Brigadier General. There are 300 who came into the Birmingham, Alabama airport on a big white Russian cargo plane on December 13, 1995.
"As of 1995, there were 10,000 plus foreign troops at Fort Chafee, Arkansas reportedly making preparations for 20,000 "detainees."
"Also in 1995 at Fort Polk, Louisiana (U.S. Army Post), Russian and Eastern European troops were deployed under the U.N. flag. [When questioned about this, the legislative aide of the congressman who resides over Fort Polk, stated, "Yes, they were there undertaking broad, joint training exercises. And, yes, the U.N. flag was flying. There may still be some there today."]
"At the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, there are many Russian tanks. One of the NCOs told his father that he'd been maintaining them.

In the spring of 1997, Professor Ian Stewart, met with "Mr. Sea" [Al Cuppet] to discuss what he has learned first-hand about the coming persecution at the hands of the New World Order operatives.
With a seven-inch thick portfolio filled with photographs, news articles, correspondence, etc., Mr. Sea revealed disturbing information about New World Order efforts to destroy and enslave America.
The following are some of Mr. Sea's comments. But first, let's take a look at the man who made the comments.
Mr. Sea, a committed Christian, is a former inspector for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Department of Defense, with 31 years of federal service in the military, nine with the Department of Defense, including two years with the Air Staff. He's a holder of the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three awards of the Joint Service Medal, all of the Vietnamese awards, as well as the Joint Meritorious Unit Medal.
When he retired a few years ago, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Civilian Service Medal. He's been around the world to 31 countries on four continents, and speaks five languages.
Mr. Sea spoke of the coming American Holocaust of the Government's plans for dealing with the non-New World Orderites. He spoke of the infrastructure that has already been set up to incarcerate and execute Americans, and the locations of the facilities that will be used for these purposes.
An interview with Mr. Sea regarding New World Order plans for the U.S. and its citizens:
"The infrastructure is set up. There are at least 130 concentration camps, quietly modified facilities which have sprung up and continue to spring up across the country, seemingly devoid of activity, yet requiring strange accoutrements such as barbed wire-topped fencing (with the tops turned inward) and helicopter wind socks. Most have good logistical supportability, with major highways and railroad transport facilities adjacent to the sites.
"These facilities, many in remote areas across our country, are set up to become concentration/detention camps, complete with gas chambers, for resisters and dissidents. Generally speaking, they're set up for dissenters who will not go along with the New World Order.
The "resisters" are gun owners who refuse to give up their weapons.
The "dissidents" are Christians, Patriots and Constitutionalists.
These camps are set up. I've seen many of them.
"On August 6, 1994, I toured the Amtrak Railcar Repair Facility at Beech Grove, Indianapolis, Indiana. There are at least ten maintenance barns at this facility, covering 129 acres, with two separate fences with the tops leaning inward. The windows of several buildings have been bricked up. Hence, you have three levels of security for Amtrak repair barns!
"There are three helicopter 25-knot aviation wind socks (which aren't the correct ones to use for chemical spills which require 10-knot wind socks). There are high security NSA-style people turnstiles, and high intensity/security lighting for 24-hour operation.
The box car (gas chamber) building fence is marked with special "RED/BLUE Zone" signs. This corresponds to the "mission" of the RED/BLUE Lists which surfaced in June and July of 1996.
"Under martial law, this will become a death camp. They're only going to handle category one and two (RED and BLUE) people there. This box car facility will be used for execution.
"One of the barns is large enough to put four box cars into. There are powered vents on the top of the barn to vent the gas out of the building after the box cars have been fumigated. All of the buildings have newly installed six-inch gas pipes and furnaces installed in all "railroad barns."
"Since the photo was taken in August 1994, FEMA has allocated $6 million to make the walls and roofs of the buildings "airtight." Under martial law, this facility could be immediately used as an SS-style "termination" gas chamber.
"On January 27, 1995, The Indianapolis News ran an article titled, "Amtrak Lays off 212 at Beech Grove: 170 Lose Jobs at Maintenance Center Today." Why perform $6 million worth of renovations, and then lay off 212 people? Because the people doing the final executions will not be Americans. Thus, the "slots" of the 212 will be filled with non-Americans.
"They'll hire foreigners for this "cappo" task. Cappo ("chief" in Italian) was the title of the trustee prisoners who actually killed many Jews for the SS butchers at Dachau, and at other Nazi crematoria across Europe.
"The news article also said, " . . . hopes the yard may be able to solicit work repairing private train cars, and perhaps subway cars from Washington, DC, or other urban areas." The repairing of private trains is a dead giveaway to death cars!
"The article went on to say, "Late last year, Congress ordered Amtrak to spend at least $5.9 million patching holes in the roof and fixing masonry on the walls of the giant machine sheds at Beech Grove." These buildings have been "sealed." They're airtight. The facility is constructed to allow gas to be blown into all the buildings via the newly installed, two-story, hot air heating furnaces."
Next, Mr. Sea elaborated on the two categories, the RED and BLUE Lists, and what they mean:
"The RED List is for pick-up and execution before unobtrusive preparations for martial law are initiated.
The BLUE List is also for execution, but at a later date within six weeks of martial law declaration. There are no "re-education" plans for either category--just execution.
"When you get picked up on a RED pick-up, they'll take you from your home at night -- probably around 4 a.m. -- and put you in a black van, then drive you to a helicopter waiting to fly you to an intermediate point. There, you'll be loaded onto a big 64-passenger CH-47 Chinook helicopter -- all black, unmarked and illegally operating under the Treaty on Open Skies.
"Then they'll fly you to one of 38 cities where you'll board a 747, 737, or 727. "You may be taken straight to a temporary detention facility. When you're RED listed, you'll be taken to a red camp. Then you'll be executed.
"At some point, martial law will be declared. (Martial law is when the writ of Habeas Corpus -- to have a trial by jury -- is suspended. Instead of going to the judge, you go straight to jail for a limited time.) I suspect there will be a major outage, or some other crisis which will be the reason to declare martial law. At this point, the BLUE listed people will be picked up. At that time, the country will be regionalized into ten regions, which are already designated by FEMA.
"Be advised that it has been proven (in Wyoming and at least one other location) that the black choppers have state-of-the-art radio (RF) frequency wideband jammers, and can jam cell phones and CBs while they're executing black operations missions (i.e., in your area). This means that your cell phone could be jammed just before and/or during any action against you.
"In June of 1996, an FBI agent got hold of the Region Three BLUE List (from a CIA agent), and found his own name on it, and those of several others he knew in Virginia. The Regional BLUE List stated that the names on the BLUE List would be picked up "within six weeks of the actual martial law declaration."
"This parallels the Nazi RED/BLUE List policy almost to the letter. The parallel Nazi plan was published by Heinz Hohne in his 1966 book, The Story of the Nazi SS: The Order of the Death's Head.
"People say, "It won't work." But it will work if the 300,000 Soviet troops which are ALREADY HERE can get the guns. The name of the game is to blackball the people to get the guns . . . make the militia look bad, make guns look bad, make everybody give up their guns. Once they get your gun, they've got you, UNLESS you've got the angel of the Lord at your door.
"The ones doing all of this are operating out of the highest places in the Federal Government. They're cooperating with "spirit guides and mediums" and using astrology and numerology. The spirit guides are telling them what to do, and the entire thing is being orchestrated at the highest spiritual levels. (This is why any sort of resistance MUST be prayer centered. This entire NWO Plan is being planned and executed by Satan & his servants)
Every base has been covered. They've thought of everything.
"If you notice, they often do things on the 13th of the month. Mr. Clinton does a lot of things on the 13th. On September 13, 1993, the brokered Israeli-PLO peace accord was signed. He waited 14 days, until September 13, 1994 to sign the Crime Bill. On June 13, 1995, he stated he'd veto the national debt authorization ceiling. On November 13, he did veto it. On January 13, 1996, he made a speech to Bosnia.
"There will be an interim of probably just days from the time they launch the RED List, to the declaration of martial law when they'll start coming after those on the BLUE List. It'll work the same way it did with the Nazis who had a list of people to pick up, on June 30, 1934, before they declared their "mobilization."

"There are more than 2,000 Russian tanks, military trucks and chemical warfare vehicles just outside Gulfport, Mississippi. They began arriving in January of 1994.
"There are 180 foreign troops at Fort Reilly which was confirmed to me by a Brigadier General. There are 300 who came into the Birmingham, Alabama airport on a big white Russian cargo plane on December 13, 1995.
"As of 1995, there were 10,000 plus foreign troops at Fort Chafee, Arkansas reportedly making preparations for 20,000 "detainees."
"Also in 1995 at Fort Polk, Louisiana (U.S. Army Post), Russian and Eastern European troops were deployed under the U.N. flag. [When questioned about this, the legislative aide of the congressman who resides over Fort Polk, stated, "Yes, they were there undertaking broad, joint training exercises. And, yes, the U.N. flag was flying. There may still be some there today."]
"At the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, there are many Russian tanks. One of the NCOs told his father that he'd been maintaining them.

Where Is FEMA Located?
Not far from the nation's capital there is a large natural feature known as Mount Weather, located on Hwy. 601, just outside the bucolic town of Berryville, VA. Inside this mountain the FEMA develops its plans and collects information on US citizens while ensconced in what the FEMA euphemistically calls the "Special Facility". This facility is equipped with all the computer power and satellite uplinks necessary to control all the communications systems in our country and beyond. The security measures are so stringent at Mount Weather that anyone entering is subject to searches for such contraband as cameras, note pads, or any other item capable of recording information such as its interior layout.

The mountain's "real secrets" are protected by warning signs, 10 foot-high chain link fences, razor wire, and armed guards. Curious motorists and hikers on the Appalachian trail are relieved of their sketching pads and cameras and sent on their way. Security is tight.

The facility attempts to duplicate the vital functions of the Executive branch of the Administration."

Studies conducted at Mount Weather involve the control and management of domestic political unrest where there are material shortages (such as food riots) or in strike situations where the FPA determines that there are industrial disruptions and other domestic resource crises.
According to Daniel J. Cronin, former assistant director for the FPA, Reconnaissance satellites, local and state police intelligence reports, and Federal law enforcement agencies are just a few of the resources available to the FPA [now FEMA] for information gathering. "We try to monitor situations and get to them before they become emergencies," Cronin said. "No expense is spared in the monitoring program."
What is Mount Weather's Ultimate Purpose?
We have seen that Mount Weather contains an unelected, parallel "government-in-waiting" ready to take control of the United States upon word from the President or his successor. The facility contains a massive database of information on U.S. citizens which is operated with no safeguards or accountability. Ostensibly, this expensive hub of America's network of sub-terran bases was designed to preserve our form of government during a nuclear holocaust.
Mount Weather is not simply a Cold War holdover. Information on command and control strategies during national emergencies have largely been withheld from the American public. Executive Order 11051, signed by President Kennedy on October 2, 1962, states that "national preparedness must be achieved... as may be required to deal with increases in international tension with limited war, or with general war including attack upon the United States."
Executive Order 11490, drafted by Gen. George A Lincoln (former director for the Office of Emergency Preparedness, the FPA's predecessor) and signed by President Nixon in October 1969, tells a different story. EO 11490, which superceded Kennedy's EO 11051, begins, "Whereas our national security is dependent upon our ability to assure continuity of government, at every level, in any national emergency type situation that might conceivably confront the nation..."
Nixon's order makes no reference to "war," "imminent attack," or "general war." These quantifiers are replaced by an extremely vague "national emergency type situation" that "might conceivably" interfere with the workings of the national power structure. Furthermore, there is no publicly known Executive Order outlining the restoration of the Constitution after a national emergency has ended. Unless the parallel government at Mount Weather does not decide out of the goodness of its heart to return power to Constitutional authority, the United States could experience a coup d'etat posing as a national emergency.
Mount Weather facility is buried in secrecy. Public awareness of the facility and its purpose would raise serious questions about who holds the reins of power in this country. The Constitution states that those reins lie in the hands of the people, but the very existence of Mount Weather suggests an entirely different reality. As long as Mount Weather exists, these questions will remain.

Here is a Little Bit of Background Info Related to the Certain Types of Railway Cars Being Witnessed in Various Places Around the United States.
Mojave, Ca.- Chicago Hts., Ill. - Albion, Pa. - Portland, Oregon: Patriots who watch the railroads for evidence of UN military vehicles and tanks have reported a new development in the concentration camp program for America. In September 1998, spotters noticed boxcars painted white showing up out west. Since all rail cars have to have a special number on the side in order to be routed to their destination, these boxcars stood out like a sore thumb. Typically, a boxcar would have a number like CSXT 119626, for example. CSXT is a "reporting mark" indicating that the railroad that owns the car is CSX Transportation. Burlington Northern - Santa Fe railroad is BNSF, Union Tank Car is UTLX, et cetera.
An employee of a manufacturer of the boxcars spoke on condition of anonymity about the boxcars. This company, Gunderson Rail Car Co., received a contract to build over 400 boxcars for transporting prisoners. They have shackles and racks built inside by another company before they are shipped out. The boxcars were ordered and paid for by the UN, and have been shipped to parts unknown for over a year now. These prisoner boxcars are being manufactured by several companies like Gunderson, including Thrall Railcar, but are not limited to these companies. Although coincidental, the name "Thrall" means "slave". Or maybe it isn't a coincidence?
Another railcar that seems to be popping up all over the USA is the old fashioned "camp car" which was used for maintenance-of-way crews to live in while out repairing railroad tracks. These resemble mobile homes and are anchored to the frames of flat cars. These camp cars are designed to accommodate six to eight railroad workers but could hold over two dozen persons if it were used to transport passengers. The problem with these is that most railroads today have all but eliminated the use of these expensive-to-maintain railcars in favor of cheap motels. So, all these railcars have to go somewhere, why not give them to the UN?
It seems that they have been going to Pennsylvania, California, and Canada to be "retrofitted" for prisoner transport.
Especially revealing is the fact that these "camp cars" are still being made when railroads don't use them much anymore; and there can be only one possible explanation for the new demand for these railcars.
Most recently, the retrofitted auto carriers have been added to the list of "prisoner boxcars". These railcars are actually not boxcars. These are articulated A-B type units with a rubber "accordion" vestibule connecting them and small square ventilation vents perforated in the smooth sheet metal. Although these railcars are painted white, they do have normal railroad markings on them such as "Kansas City Southern", suggesting that they may be recouping the investment in them by using them for moving livestock such as pigs and cattle. Secretive Rich Cabal Met To Discuss Population Control
Our speculation that the “secret billionaire club” meeting at the beginning of the month was primarily focused around population control. a cause célèbre embraced by David Rockefeller, Ted Turner and Bill Gates, has been confirmed by a London Times report.
Details of the secret confab were thin on the ground in the initial reports concerning the meeting of rich “philanthropists” like Rockefeller, Turner, Gates, Warren Buffet and George Soros, which took place in New York on May 5 at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, a British Nobel prize biochemist and president of the private Rockefeller University.
An ABC News report about the confab offered little more than fawning idolatry towards the attendees, and was little more than a sophistic exercise in ass kissing and creeping adulation for people like Rockefeller and Turner, who were portrayed as philanthropic saviors of the planet.
We questioned this premise by pointing out that Turner has publicly advocated shocking population reduction programs that would cull the human population by a staggering 95%.
He has also called for a Communist-style one child policy to be mandated by governments in the west. In China, the one child policy is enforced by means of taxes on each subsequent child, allied to an intimidation program which includes secret police and “family planning” authorities kidnapping pregnant women from their homes and performing forced abortions.
Of course, Turner completely fails to follow his own rules on how everyone else should live their lives, having five children and owning no less than 2 million acres of land.
In the third world, Turner has contributed literally billions to population reduction, namely through United Nations programs, leading the way for the likes of Bill & Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet(Gates’ father has long been a leading board member of Planned Parenthood and a top eugenicist).
Our initial suspicions that the secret meeting was primarily concerned with population control has been confirmed by a London Times report, which states, “SOME of America’s leading billionaires have met secretly to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population and speed up improvements in health and education. The philanthropists who attended a summit convened on the initiative of Bill Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, discussed joining forces to overcome political and religious obstacles to change.”
Of course, slowing the growth of the world’s population while also improving its health are two irreconcilable concepts to the elite. Stabilizing world population is a natural byproduct of higher living standards, as has been proven by the stabilization of the white population in the west. Elitists like David Rockefeller have no interest in “slowing the growth of world population” by natural methods, their agenda is firmly rooted in the pseudo-science of eugenics, which is all about “culling” the surplus population via draconian methods.
David Rockefeller’s legacy is not derived from a well-meaning “philanthropic” urge to improve health in third world countries, it is born out of a Malthusian drive to eliminate the poor and those deemed racially inferior, using the justification of social Darwinism.
As is documented in Alex Jones’ seminal film Endgame, Rockefeller’s father, John D. Rockefeller, exported eugenics to Germany from its origins in Britain by bankrolling the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute which later would form a central pillar in the Third Reich’s ideology of the Nazi super race. “The Rockefeller Foundation had long financed the eugenics movement in England, apparently repaying Britain for the fact that British capital and an Englishman-partner had started old John D. Rockefeller out in his Oil Trust. In the 1960s, the Eugenics Society of England adopted what they called Crypto-eugenics, stating in their official reports that they would do eugenics through means and instruments not labeled as eugenics.”

Secret Billionaire Club Seeks Population Control

WASHINGTON – Some of the richest men and women in the world met secretly recently in New York to conspire on using their vast wealth to bring the world's population growth under control.
The meeting included some of the biggest names in the "billionaires club," according to the London Times – Bill Gates, David Rockefeller, Ted Turner, Oprah Winfrey, Warren Buffett, George Soros and Michael Bloomberg.
The meeting at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, a British Nobel Prize-winning biochemist and president of Rockefeller University, was the inspiration of Gates and took place three weeks ago.
"The informal afternoon session was so discreet that some of the billionaires' aides were told they were at 'security briefings,'" the Times reported today.
Stacy Palmer, editor of the Chronicle of Philanthropy, speculated that the secrecy surrounding the meeting may have been due to concern that "they don’t want to be seen as a global cabal."

According to the Times, the billionaires were each given 15 minutes to present their favorite cause. In February, Gates, 53, outlined an ambitious plan to cap global population at 8.3 billion – about one billion fewer than currently projected.
Patricia Stonesifer, former chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, said the billionaires would continue to meet over the next few months.
A guest at the meeting told the Times population growth would be addressed as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat.
"This is something so nightmarish that everyone in this group agreed it needs big-brain answers," said the guest. "They need to be independent of government agencies, which are unable to head off the disaster we all see looming."
As to secrecy, the guest said, "They wanted to speak rich to rich without worrying anything they said would end up in the newspapers, painting them as an alternative world government."

Campus Evangelists Clash With Police
Dispute Over Signs, 1st Amendment Rights Prompts 4 Arrests, Including Felony Charge
A campus evangelism group is stunned today, as a ministry event at a community college in Ohio resulted in four members being arrested, one on a felony assault charge that the ministry's leader claims is fabricated.
"I've done ministries like this at more than 200 universities," said Jason Storms, director of Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism, a ministry of Mercy Seat Christian Church in Milwaukee, Wis. "We train people to do evangelism, and I have never seen an incident like this."
Storms and a team of students earlier this week traveled to Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, with signs, literature and a message of faith.
When they arrived, however, a student complaint led campus police to confront the evangelism team and demand that their signs and literature be put away in accordance with college policy. The evangelists insisted their materials were protected by the freedom of speech guaranteed in the First Amendment, and the officers arrested them on charges of disorderly conduct.
"There are many times when police hassle us and intimidate or bully us on campus, and usually we stand them down and are successful in defending our rights to freedom of speech," Storms told WND. "I can count on one hand the number of times we've had an arrest situation."
Later in the afternoon, however, two more arrests followed, one on a now-disputed felony charge of striking a police officer.
Storms himself was detained by police, when after speaking freely with students on campus for a couple of hours, he approached Officer Michael Beane to inquire about the charges filed against the other two evangelists. Storms and Beane then got into an argument, resulting in the officer claiming he was being harassed and Storms being detained in a holding cell.
The situation escalated, however, when Officer Beane demanded that a member of the evangelism team surrender a cell phone that had been taping the incident.
Faithful Soldier student Katie Carroll refused to give up her phone and hid behind fellow evangelist team member Daniel Pollion. What happened next is highly disputed. Natasha Baker, director of public relations for the campus police force, told WND Pollion struck Beane in the face.
"We have witness testimonies, students who did see the officer being punched by one of the demonstrators and at that point [Pollion] was arrested," Baker said. "We have not had anyone file a police report stating otherwise."
The members of Faithful Soldier, however, tell a different story.
Pollion, who was released from jail today upon posting $2,000 bond, told the Dayton Daily News, "It can't be construed as assault or even attempted assault. They were on the offensive, not us."
Storms told WND his organization has witnesses of their own that say Pollion merely asked the officer to "chill out" when he was placed in a headlock and wrestled to the ground. Storms said Beane radioed in a phantom "fight" and phony charge that he had been assaulted.
"Three of our people were standing there watching the entire thing as well as Sinclair College students," Storms said. "We have numerous direct, eyewitness testimonies. There was no punch, no assault, nothing like that. It was just a crazy cowboy officer acting belligerently and making his third arrest of the day of a group of Christians peacefully trying to witness."
Baker told the Daily News, "It is a very serious matter and we don't have things like this happen often and it deserves our attention."
She also explained to WND that evangelists from Faithful Soldier had been on campus last year and were told then that while they have the freedom to talk to students, campus policy requires pre-approval of organizations bringing signs or literature.
"Because we do have the campus access policy and they did understand what that policy was before they came on campus," Baker said, "the officers had asked them to please remove their signs and stop handing out literature unless asked for by students."
Storms told WND the policy is unconstitutional and the evangelists should not have been forced to put their tracts and signs away. He also believes that the enforcement of First Amendment issues is driven by an anti-Christian atmosphere on college campuses.
"When we first got out there, a young man complained and told us it was not right that we were out there," Storms said. "There are war protests that take place here where they scream about the war. A campus evangelism group is stunned today, as a ministry event at a community college in Ohio resulted in four members being arrested, one on a felony assault charge that the ministry's leader claims is fabricated.
"I've done ministries like this at more than 200 universities," said Jason Storms, director of Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism, a ministry of Mercy Seat Christian Church in Milwaukee, Wis. "We train people to do evangelism, and I have never seen an incident like this."
Storms and a team of students earlier this week traveled to Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, with signs, literature and a message of faith.
When they arrived, however, a student complaint led campus police to confront the evangelism team and demand that their signs and literature be put away in accordance with college policy. The evangelists insisted their materials were protected by the freedom of speech guaranteed in the First Amendment, and the officers arrested them on charges of disorderly conduct.
"There are many times when police hassle us and intimidate or bully us on campus, and usually we stand them down and are successful in defending our rights to freedom of speech," Storms told WND. "I can count on one hand the number of times we've had an arrest situation."
Later in the afternoon, however, two more arrests followed, one on a now-disputed felony charge of striking a police officer.
Storms himself was detained by police, when after speaking freely with students on campus for a couple of hours, he approached Officer Michael Beane to inquire about the charges filed against the other two evangelists. Storms and Beane then got into an argument, resulting in the officer claiming he was being harassed and Storms being detained in a holding cell.
The situation escalated, however, when Officer Beane demanded that a member of the evangelism team surrender a cell phone that had been taping the incident.
Faithful Soldier student Katie Carroll refused to give up her phone and hid behind fellow evangelist team member Daniel Pollion. What happened next is highly disputed. Natasha Baker, director of public relations for the campus police force, told WND Pollion struck Beane in the face.
"We have witness testimonies, students who did see the officer being punched by one of the demonstrators and at that point [Pollion] was arrested," Baker said. "We have not had anyone file a police report stating otherwise."
The members of Faithful Soldier, however, tell a different story.
Pollion, who was released from jail today upon posting $2,000 bond, told the Dayton Daily News, "It can't be construed as assault or even attempted assault. They were on the offensive, not us."
Storms told WND his organization has witnesses of their own that say Pollion merely asked the officer to "chill out" when he was placed in a headlock and wrestled to the ground. Storms said Beane radioed in a phantom "fight" and phony charge that he had been assaulted.
"Three of our people were standing there watching the entire thing as well as Sinclair College students," Storms said. "We have numerous direct, eyewitness testimonies. There was no punch, no assault, nothing like that. It was just a crazy cowboy officer acting belligerently and making his third arrest of the day of a group of Christians peacefully trying to witness."
Baker told the Daily News, "It is a very serious matter and we don't have things like this happen often and it deserves our attention."
She also explained to WND that evangelists from Faithful Soldier had been on campus last year and were told then that while they have the freedom to talk to students, campus policy requires pre-approval of organizations bringing signs or literature.
"Because we do have the campus access policy and they did understand what that policy was before they came on campus," Baker said, "the officers had asked them to please remove their signs and stop handing out literature unless asked for by students."
Storms told WND the policy is unconstitutional and the evangelists should not have been forced to put their tracts and signs away. He also believes that the enforcement of First Amendment issues is driven by an anti-Christian atmosphere on college campuses.
"When we first got out there, a young man complained and told us it was not right that we were out there," Storms said. "There are war protests that take place here where they scream about the war. Clarification on Christianity & Physical Preparedness
The following is a summary of a Christian philosophy and perspective of trusting God for our protection and physical needs related to trust in God versus survival preparation from http://www.survivalblog.com/ that I wholeheartedly agree with. Check my next post with a little more background info on this site and its author.
The following, briefly, are some of my distinctive religious views, and a prayer for all of my readers. It is not my intent to offend anyone, but I do have sincere religious convictions, and I do not hesitate to share them. It is my duty to do so, as a Christian:
It is my firm belief that God grants his Providence to his Covenant people. Don’t expect God’s blessings if you aren’t in fellowship with God.
I wholeheartedly believe in Christian charity. I believe that we should not only be prepared to provide for our families, but also to store up extra food to dispense as charity to those who are less prudent. If in doubt, store far more than you ever expect to use.

I'm often e-mailed links to other Christian sites, but I only post a few of them. Why? I'm forced to be selective because the modern Christian world is awash in bad doctrine. Sadly, the majority of Christian denominations are presenting a watered-down gospel, urging people to "make a decision for Christ." I've got news for you. You don't do the choosing. Clarification on Christianity and Physical Preparedness
I occasionally get e-mails from SurvivalBlog readers, asking about how I can justify active preparedness in light of my Christian faith. Some of them cite the "Lilies of the Field" passage in Matthew 6:25-34 (KJV):
"Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. In my view, people are misinterpreting these verses. These are verses about worry, not about work or preparedness. Never does the Bible teach that we should laze about and not provide for our families. Earning our daily bread is the Godly way to live. We are taught not to be lazy or dependent on others. Yes, we are to trust in God's providence, but nowhere do the scriptures absolve us of the responsibility to work or to save up for lean times. Consider these four verses from the book of Proverbs:
He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain [persons is] void of understanding.. Proverbs 12:11, KJV
In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips [tendeth] only to penury.(Poverty.) Proverbs 14:23, KJV
The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour. Proverbs 21:25, KJV
The thoughts of the diligent [tend] only to plenteousness; but of every one [that is] hasty only to want. Proverbs 21:5, KJV
Food Storage
The Bible encourages storing food. Look at Gen. 41:47-49 (KJV): "And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.Gen 41:48 And he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt, and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field, which [was] round about every city, laid he up in the same.And Joseph gathered corn as the sand of the sea, very much, until he left numbering; for [it was] without number." And then see Gen. 41:53-57: "And the seven years of plenteousness, that was in the land of Egypt, were ended.And the seven years of dearth began to come, according as Joseph had said: and the dearth was in all lands; but in all the land of Egypt there was bread. And when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread: and Pharaoh said unto all the Egyptians, Go unto Joseph; what he saith to you, do.And the famine was over all the face of the earth: And Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt.And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy [corn]; because that the famine was [so] sore in all lands."
The preceding is a good example that illustrates the need for food storage. As I write this in 2008, a growing portion of the world is already experiencing famine. You should recognize that famine could just a well come to stalk America, Europe, the British Isles, and Australia. (The regions with the largest SurvivalBlog readership.) It is prudent and Biblically supported to stock up during good times in anticipation of lean times.
Prov. 6:6-15 (KJV): "Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest. How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? When wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man. A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a forward mouth. He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers; Forwardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord. Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy."
The lessons from scripture are clear: Don't be lazy and lax. Store up in good times for future lean times. Consider this: "[There is] treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up." - Prov. 21:20 (KJV)
And ponder this Old Testament passage: Psalm 34:9-10 (KJV): "O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for [there is] no want to them that fear him.Psa 34:10 (KJV) "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good [thing]." And then look at this New Testament passage:, from 1 Timothy 5:8 (KJV): "But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel."
One of the many names of God is Jehovah Jireh, which means God Who Provides. As a Christian, I believe that God will provide for his covenant people. I believe that one of the many gifts that the God has provided is a conviction, by the Holy Spirit, to be well prepared. I realize that we are only on Earth for about 80 trips around the sun, and that is just the twinkling of an eye versus eternity. Where we end up after this brief life is far, far more important in the grand scheme of things. We will spend eternity either in heaven or in hell. But how we spend our +/-80 year life on Earth is up to us. (And the most important thing that we do in the is life is make ourselves right with God, though his Grace, to accepting eternal life in heaven. But stepping back to this temporal world: The Bible makes it very clear that we are to be good stewards of the blessings that God provides us. I therefore feel strongly convicted to not just share the gospel of Christ, but also to physically prepare for my own family, and store extra to dispense as charity. The bottom line: I can't continue to share the gospel if I starve to the point of achieving room temperature!
Self Defense
Other readers question how I can justify owning guns for self-defense. Some Mennonites, for example, eschew all means self defense and decry even the willingness to defend oneself or one's loved ones. That, in my opinion is taking "turning the other cheek" (Luke 6:29) to an extreme that is not scripturally founded.
Exodus 22:2 provides Biblical justification for killing someone if he intends to forcibly rob or kill another man: " If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, [there shall] no blood [be shed] for him." Exodus 22:2 (KJV)
And Jesus teaches that it is wise to be armed, in Luke 22:35-36 (KJV): "And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."
In an article titled: What Does The Bible Say About Gun Control? Larry Pratt keenly observed the difference between self-defense and vengeance:
Resisting an attack is not to be confused with taking vengeance which is the exclusive domain of God (Rom. 12:19). This has been delegated to the civil magistrate, who, as we read in Romans 13:4, ". . . is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil."
Private vengeance means one would stalk down a criminal after one’s life is no longer in danger as opposed to defending oneself during an attack. It is this very point that has been confused by Christian pacifists who would take the passage in the Sermon on the Mount about turning the other cheek (which prohibits private vengeance) into a command to falter before the wicked.
Let us consider also that the Sixth Commandment tells us: "Thou shall not murder." In the chapters following, God gave to Moses many of the situations which require a death penalty. God clearly has not told us never to kill. He has told us not to murder, which means we are not to take an innocent life. Consider also that the civil magistrate is to be a terror to those who practice evil. This passage does not in any way imply that the role of law enforcement is to prevent crimes or to protect individuals from criminals. The magistrate is a minister to serve as "an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil" (Rom. 13:4).
Jesus taught both to turn the other cheek and to be well-armed to defend oneself. The important factor is having the wisdom to know when to employ either approach depending on the circumstances. I pray, for wisdom, discernment, and discretion, daily. I don't seek out trouble, and in fact I have moved my family to a remote, lightly populated region in good part to avoid trouble. But if unavoidable trouble comes my way, I want to have the option of resisting force with force. And I only have that option if I am armed and trained.
Some critics of armed preparedness cite Matthew 26:52-54 (KJV), which descries how Jesus responded when Peter cut off the ear of a high priest's servant, using a sword: "Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?"
In context, Jesus is telling Peter that it would be suicidal to fight in that particular situation, since they were quite outnumbered. And of course Jesus knew it was in God's plan for him to be arrested, tried, crucified, and resurrected. Jesus told Peter to put his sword in its place –which was back in his belt. Jesus was telling Peter in effect that "there is a time to fight, and this, my friend, isn't it." He didn't command him to "throw that sword away", or "surrender it", or to "stop carrying it". After all, according to Luke, Jesus had just recently ordered the disciples to arm themselves. The reason for the arms was obviously to protect their own lives when traveling--not to protect His own life, which He intended to sacrifice, to pay for our sins, once and for all.
The Old testament teaches both to be armed, and to be trained. We read in Psalm 144:1:
Blessed [be] the LORD my strength,
which teacheth my hands to war,
[and] my fingers to fight:
Yes, as Christians our battles are mainly spiritual, but we must also be prepared to defend our lives, and the lives of our loved ones, against evildoers.
Charity
Charity--both in time of plenty and in times of disaster--is a Christian responsibility with its roots in the Old Testament tradition of Tzedaka. This responsibility--particularly for the support of widows and orphans--was repeated in the New Testament, such as in Acts 11:27-30: "And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch. And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea: Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul."
The Biblical approach to survivalism is to avoid trouble, but to be ready for it nonetheless. And when trouble does come, have extra stores on hand, so that you can dispense copious charity. Give until it hurts!

Exodus 22:2 provides Biblical justification for killing someone if he intends to forcibly rob or kill another man: " If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, [there shall] no blood [be shed] for him." Exodus 22:2 (KJV)
And Jesus teaches that it is wise to be armed, in Luke 22:35-36 (KJV): "And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."
In an article titled: What Does The Bible Say About Gun Control? Larry Pratt keenly observed the difference between self-defense and vengeance:
Resisting an attack is not to be confused with taking vengeance which is the exclusive domain of God (Rom. 12:19). This has been delegated to the civil magistrate, who, as we read in Romans 13:4, ". . . is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil."
Private vengeance means one would stalk down a criminal after one’s life is no longer in danger as opposed to defending oneself during an attack. It is this very point that has been confused by Christian pacifists who would take the passage in the Sermon on the Mount about turning the other cheek (which prohibits private vengeance) into a command to falter before the wicked.
Let us consider also that the Sixth Commandment tells us: "Thou shall not murder." In the chapters following, God gave to Moses many of the situations which require a death penalty. God clearly has not told us never to kill. He has told us not to murder, which means we are not to take an innocent life. Consider also that the civil magistrate is to be a terror to those who practice evil. This passage does not in any way imply that the role of law enforcement is to prevent crimes or to protect individuals from criminals. The magistrate is a minister to serve as "an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil" (Rom. 13:4).
Jesus taught both to turn the other cheek and to be well-armed to defend oneself. The important factor is having the wisdom to know when to employ either approach depending on the circumstances. I pray, for wisdom, discernment, and discretion, daily. I don't seek out trouble, and in fact I have moved my family to a remote, lightly populated region in good part to avoid trouble. But if unavoidable trouble comes my way, I want to have the option of resisting force with force. And I only have that option if I am armed and trained.
Some critics of armed preparedness cite Matthew 26:52-54 (KJV), which descries how Jesus responded when Peter cut off the ear of a high priest's servant, using a sword: "Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?"
In context, Jesus is telling Peter that it would be suicidal to fight in that particular situation, since they were quite outnumbered. And of course Jesus knew it was in God's plan for him to be arrested, tried, crucified, and resurrected. Jesus told Peter to put his sword in its place –which was back in his belt. Jesus was telling Peter in effect that "there is a time to fight, and this, my friend, isn't it." He didn't command him to "throw that sword away", or "surrender it", or to "stop carrying it". After all, according to Luke, Jesus had just recently ordered the disciples to arm themselves. The reason for the arms was obviously to protect their own lives when traveling--not to protect His own life, which He intended to sacrifice, to pay for our sins, once and for all.
The Old testament teaches both to be armed, and to be trained. We read in Psalm 144:1:
Blessed [be] the LORD my strength,
which teacheth my hands to war,
[and] my fingers to fight:
Yes, as Christians our battles are mainly spiritual, but we must also be prepared to defend our lives, and the lives of our loved ones, against evildoers.
Charity
Charity--both in time of plenty and in times of disaster--is a Christian responsibility with its roots in the Old Testament tradition of Tzedaka. This responsibility--particularly for the support of widows and orphans--was repeated in the New Testament, such as in Acts 11:27-30: "And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch. And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea: Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul."
The Biblical approach to survivalism is to avoid trouble, but to be ready for it nonetheless. And when trouble does come, have extra stores on hand, so that you can dispense copious charity. Give until it hurts!

SPP: The Militarization and Annexation of North America
Just another update on the North American Union (NAU) relating to the internet and the flow of information.
“The Canadian’s” Mike Finch “North American Union (NAU) watch” reports that US and Canadian organizations want to end free flow Internet information. He cites an “net-neutrality activist group” discovery of “plans for the demise of the free Internet by 2010 in Canada,” and by 2012 globally.
Canada’s two largest ISPs, Bell Canada and TELUS, are behind a scheme to limit browsing, block out sites, and charge fees on most others as part of a 2012 “planned full (NAU) launching.” Web host I Power’s Reese Leysen called it “beyond censorship: it is killing the biggest (ever) ‘ecosystem’ of free expression and freedom of speech.” He cited big company inside sources providing information on “exclusivity deals between ISPs and big content providers (like TV studios and video game publishers) “to decide which sites will be in the standard package offered customers, leaving the rest of the Internet unreachable except for fees.”
Leysen called his source “100% reliable” and cited similar information from a Dylan Pattyn Time magazine article, based on Bell Canada and TELUS sources. Plans are for “only the top 100 – 200 sites making the cut in the initial subscription package,” likely to include major news outlets at the expense of smaller, alternative ones. “The Internet would become a playground for billion-dollar content providers,” like cable TV providers, unless efforts are made to stop it.
Leysen thinks US and global ISPs have similar plans that include free speech restrictions and privacy invasions. The stakes are high if he’s right. Yet the profit potential is huge and friendly governments may oblige. Also involved are “deceptive marketing and fear tactics” (like citing child pornography threats) to gain public approval for subscription services masquerading as online safety. The time to stop it is now.

The Future Of American Youth: Fascist Uniforms & Paramilitary Training
As the domestic security apparatus continues to expand aggressively in the U.S., it is increasingly turning to America's youth to fill its ranks. It has gotten to the point where we are dressing our teens in "fascist" uniforms, teaching them hand salutes and giving the boy scouts paramilitary training.
Seriously.
First let's talk about a really disturbing article in the New York Times recently entitled: "Scouts Train to Fight Terrorists, and More".
In that article, the New York Times describes how the Boy Scouts are training thousands of young people to confront terrorism, illegal immigration and escalating border violence.
A couple of examples of "exercises" that these "Explorers" have participated in include a simulated raid on a marijuana field and taking out a disgruntled Iraq war veteran.
“Put him on his face and put a knee in his back,” a Border Patrol agent instructed a teen during one exercise that the New York Times observed. “I guarantee that he’ll shut up.”
Most of the time the "Explorers" use compressed-air guns which fire tiny plastic pellets during the training exercises, but other times they shoot real guns on a closed range.
“I like shooting them,” one participant told the New York Times. “I like the sound they make. It gets me excited.”

What in the world are we turning our kids into?
Just read this harrowing description of a live drill these "Explorers" were put through.....
Their hearts pounding, Explorers moved down alleys where there were hidden paper targets of people pointing guns, and made split-second decisions about when to shoot.
In rescuing hostages from a bus taken over by terrorists, a baby-faced young girl screamed, “Separate your feet!” as she moved to handcuff her suspect.
We are training these kids to be enforcers in a futuristic police state.
Is this the kind of America you want to live in?
As if paramilitary training for the boy scouts was not bad enough, just check out this propaganda ad for Americorps.....
Do you find the red and khaki "uniforms" disturbing?
What about the creepy hand salutes?
One of the most insidious things about that ad is how they mixed images of Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in to make it seem so noble.
But the truth is that the government wants to train and use America's youth to help run the growing "Big Brother" police state that is growing up all around us.
Almost every week new laws are being passed that erode just a little bit more of our freedoms. Will Americans wake up to the growing tyranny?
If you drop a frog in a pot of boiling water it will jump right out, but if you put a frog in a pot full of warm water and very slowly turn the heat up it will just sit there until it is boiled.
We are like that frog.
Our freedoms are slowly being boiled away as the heat keeps getting turned up, and we are all just sitting there. We need to tell our representatives that we want our freedoms back. The good news is that millions of Americans are waking up and they are starting to take positive action.
Things may look bleak right now, but there are people who are offering positive solutions in the middle of this crisis.....
Sometimes it is easy to be discouraged by the direction this country is headed, but the truth is that the darker it is, the more the light can shine.
One of the favorite tactics of all tyrannical regimes (communist, fascist, etc.) is to set up youth brigades. It will be important for all of us to watch what all of these "youth programs" turn into. Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.
Let's not forget what "youth brigades" have led to in the past.
